To use Jatbat's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jatbat does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be participating from a region or country where online betting is legal and not prohibited.
• You must open an account in your own name and identity — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
• You are not employed by any gambling-related company or subject to any prohibition imposed by a regulatory authority.

The following rules apply to account management on Jatbat. They are in place to ensure the safety and fairness of all users.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Keep the mobile number and email used during registration active — important notifications will be sent through these channels.
• To update account details (name, number, or payment information), please contact Jatbat Support and complete identity verification.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Jatbat Support immediately. We will act as quickly as possible to secure your account.

The following policies apply to all users when placing bets on Jatbat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is using the "Cash Out" feature for a partial exit where available.
• If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets will either be voided and the original stake refunded, or alternative rules will apply — as determined by Jatbat and detailed in the individual bet's terms.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by Jatbat. In such cases, the original stake will be returned in full.
• In cases involving match manipulation or spot-fixing, Jatbat will cooperate with relevant investigating authorities and reserves the right to suspend all associated bets pending the outcome.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game type and event — the applicable limit is displayed on each market.

All financial transaction rules on Jatbat are clearly outlined below:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a photo of your NID or passport.
• To prevent money laundering, Jatbat verifies all large transactions. Additional information may be requested for any unusual transaction activity.
• Withdrawals must first be processed through the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).

Jatbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, detailed on the respective offer page. The general rules are:

• Bonus funds can be withdrawn only after being wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement). Wagering conditions are stated separately for each offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled.
• If bonus fraud or abuse is detected — such as creating multiple accounts or submitting false information — Jatbat reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and permanently close the account.
• Jatbat reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. For ongoing bonuses, at least 48 hours' notice will be provided.
• Some bonuses are only valid for specific game categories. Bets placed outside those categories may not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.

Jatbat believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. With that in mind, we have put in place a number of protective measures for our users:

• Betting Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits directly from your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is becoming a problem, you can voluntarily self-exclude your account for a set period — anywhere from 1 day up to 6 months.

Jatbat recommends using parental control software to prevent minors from accessing betting content. If a child or teenager uses your device, make sure you are logged out of Jatbat.

Jatbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Detection of bet manipulation or suspicious betting patterns.

You can close your account at any time — simply contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing the account.
